The publication of the judgment starts the deadline for the defense of 13 defendants present new declaratory embargos ; 12 others present embargoes infringing
The President of the Federal Supreme Court ( STF ) , Joaquim Barbosa , said on Tuesday ( 8 ) that the judgment of the first motion for clarification of the process of the monthly allowance is ready , but not yet published because it needs to be revised. His expectation is that the decision is published later this week .

Barbosa says that judgment should be released today
