"Repatriation


Occurs when the stowaway is prevented from joining the national territory for surveillance and border Brazilian airport.
The repatriation occurs at the expense of the carrier or the person responsible for shipping overseas to Brazil.
It is repatriated abroad undocumented or do not have a visa to enter the country or who has seen divergent purpose for which he came to Brazil".
