Brasilia - Still no agreement, vote of Provisional Measure 615 , which originally provided for the granting of subsidies to producers of cane sugar and ethanol to offset losses in the 2011/12 season , was again postponed by the Mayor , Mr Henrique Eduardo Alves ( PMDB - RN ) . The MP expires on the 16th and still needs to be discussed by the Senate , after it is voted on by MPs .
Henrique Alves announced today ( 5 ) the convening of a new special meeting for next Monday ( 9 ) , at 14h . I want to clarify that this House is not to blame the fact a matter submitted to Congress in May have just arrived here yesterday .
