CHAPTER III
REGISTRATION

Article 8 To register as an attorney is necessary :
I - civil capacity ;
II - diploma or certificate law degree , obtained in an educational institution officially
authorized and accredited ;
III - voter registration and discharge from military service , a Brazilian ;
IV - Examination Order approval ;
V - not performing incompatible with the law ;
VI - moral character ;
VII - commitment to provide the Council .
§ 1 The Examination Order is regulated provision of the Federal Council of OAB .
§ 2 The Brazilian or foreign , if not a degree in law in Brazil , should
to prove the title of graduation, obtained in a foreign institution , duly
revalidated , and meet the other requirements of this article .
§ 3 The moral unfitness , raised by any person , shall be declared by decision to get at least two-thirds vote of all members of competent counsel in proceedings that comply with the terms of the disciplinary proceedings .
§ 4 It meets the requirement of good moral character who have been convicted of a crime
infamous , unless judicial rehabilitation .
