Judge Luiz Rogério Monteiro de Oliveira , 20 th Criminal Barra Funda condemned man arrested with large amount of narcotics on an avenue in the southern area of the Capital .
        According to the complaint , the defendant was standing on the sidewalk in a place where there are several bars when approached by police officers who distrusted their attitudes . After searching him , the MPs found 40 pieces of cocaine in their underwear. In court , however, changed the version , claiming that one of the officers had previously found with a marijuana cigarette and have said that if he saw him again would arrest him .
        However , the version did not convince the judge that upheld the prosecution , stating in no doubt as to the authorship and materiality of the offense . "
